A little bit about Paul Du Ross

My name is Paul Du Ross, a native of Southern California, and grew up in the Crenshaw District and South Bay area of Los Angeles.

I began my career in real estate in 1985 and have closed over 400 million dollars in real estate sales. I have assisted buyers and sellers of all property types – from modest condominiums and manufactured homes to luxurious estates. I contribute my success to the support of my present and past clients, in addition to the quality service I provides. I service my clients with the highest standards of professionalism and integrity, earning an impressive roster of repeat and referral clients, as well as the respect of my colleagues throughout the industry.

I have been a long-time resident of the City of Thousand Oaks, raised four children through the Conejo Valley school system and now I have grandchildren growing up in the area. I am actively involved in many church and community activities and support Many Mansions, a non-profit organization that assists the homeless and below poverty level families with their housing needs with a donation from every commission I earns. I take full advantage of our hiking trails and I‘m an avid golfer and member of North Ranch Country Club.
